Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to ask for a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email painfreedesk@gmail.com with your order number. Please do not send anything back before we reply: we will give you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

If you change your mind, you pay the postage to send the item back. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a refund or a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or PayPal may need extra time to show the refund.

Exceptions
Gift cards cannot be returned.
