Shipping policy

We ship to UK addresses only.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders of £30 or more. Orders under £30 pay £3.99.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard UK delivery then takes 7–14 business days from the date you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the address can no longer be changed.

Late or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, contact us at painfreedesk@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it.
